What ClassPhoto IDs understands›
Roster
A GotPhoto student-data CSV or XLSX, a school's own spreadsheet, or a PSPA Index.txt. Columns are detected automatically; anything unusual gets a mapping screen. Student IDs are always kept as text, so 001425 stays 001425.
Photos
A folder, a zip, or a pile of files. Photos are matched by the roster's photo filename, then the student ID, then first and last name. Nothing is guessed: anything uncertain lands in the exceptions list for you.
No roster at all?
Drop just the photos. GotPhoto's Grade/Teacher/First_Last.jpg folder names and filenames become the roster.
Match up the columns
Check that each column landed in the right place. Sample values come from the first rows of your file.
