1 Which school?
2 Drop in the GotPhoto export
In GotPhoto, open the photo job → Subjects → Student Data Export. Choose PSPA, 640 × 800 JPEG, and keep Include student data as a CSV file on. That one export is enough: every smaller size (Synergy, RenWeb…) is made from it here, so there's no second export to wait for. Drop the .zip here (or the unzipped folder). A school with several sites (one GotPhoto job each)? Drop each site's export in and name the site. After makeup day, drop the makeup export in too: retakes replace the first photo and new students are added.
🔒 GotPhoto's Student_data.csv also lists parents' names, e-mails and phone numbers, access codes and barcodes. School Packs never reads those columns, so they can't end up in anything it makes.
3 Check the students
Untick anyone who shouldn't go to the school, for example a family that opted out of directory photos. School Packs remembers this for the school.

4 What this school gets
Each delivery becomes its own folder. Set them up once per school and they're saved for next time.
5 Make the pack
Save into a folder writes straight into a folder you pick. Pick the school's folder inside Google Drive on this computer and the school sees it as soon as Drive syncs. Run it again after makeups and the same files are updated. Download .zip gives you one file instead.
Saving into a folder needs Chrome or Edge. Use Download .zip in this browser.
